RYKO MANUFACTURING INTEGRATES HILL & FOSS TO ESTABLISH DIRECT SALES AND SERVICE SUPPORT IN GEORGIA, TENNESSEE AND SOUTH CAROLINA

Hill & Foss' Jim Rennie Joins Ryko as Eastern Region Sales Manager

GRIMES, IA (June 30, 2011) - Ryko Manufacturing Company, Inc., North America's largest manufacturer of car wash equipment and a major provider of service support and chemicals to the industry, has announced that it has acquired and will fully integrate the brand, assets and operations of Hill & Foss, the company's second largest distributor. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The move provides Ryko with direct sales and service support for customers in the states of Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina. As part of the acquisition, Ryko also announced that Jim Rennie, Hill & Foss' long-term Sales Manager has joined the company as Eastern Regional Sales Manager and Tom Foss will stay with the company in a transitional consultant role.

"Hill & Foss has been a key anchor in Ryko's distribution system for 35 years and we are very pleased to fold their expertise and well-earned recognition in the Southeast into an expanded direct sales and service effort for the region as a whole," explained Steven L'Heureux, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ryko. "We want to assure Hill & Foss' more than 400 customers that we are already working to make this a seamless transition so that there is no gap in the professionalism and quality service they have come to expect."

According to L'Heureux, Hill & Foss currently employs 26 people in a variety of sales, service and support roles. Measures are underway for the integration of the functions of customer service, sales, technical service, dispatch and accounting.
